I am beginning to wonder if any maker makes a good bluetooth headset anymore. I plugged it in and the light came on right away. Motorola sent a new one 4 days later and the same thing happened. I called Motorola, not the seller on here, and they had me plug it into my car charger.

Before this headset, I had the H700 and was very happy with it for 2 years. I have heard all kinds of complaints from friends of mine with all thier headsets. Now I am waiting on shipping labels to return both headsets to Motorola. I decided to buy another Motorola, this time without the flip boom.

Same result. It is just hard to believe there are this many bad H670's. I received this in 3 days which I was very pleased about. It then flickered out a few seconds later.

Sound is very good,also fits the ear nice.if i would buy it again yes.thank you.

No matter how long I leave it plugged in, it will not turn on. I have the same problem as several other reviewers here. [.]. I won this in a contest, so I'm not going to bother getting a replacement, but if I were you, I wouldn't risk my money on something that has a high chance of not working right out of the box. The brand-new bluetooth refuses to charge. When I plug it in, the charging light turns on for a couple seconds, and then flickers and turns off.

This, too did not turn on. I am demanding a replacement (and better model) from Motorola. This product is no good. Unbelievable. Don't BUY. First unit I got didn't power on after charging. Called Motorola and they sent me a 2nd one.

Turned on my Blackberry 7290, turned on blackberry bluetooth, headset bluetooth connected to Blackberry with no problem. It was one choice up from the least expensive headset of the day. Out of the box I charged it.

A little static here and there but nothing that is a showstopper. I think it's a keeper. Picked this up at office depot during black friday sale.

Features: slider to turn on/off; bendable earpiece for attaching to your ear and charger. Volume is good. ps my blackberry is at least 4 year old technology if not older and i have had no problems whatsoever.

Charged fully and quickly. Made calls went fine.
